Testimonials

 Tabitha (Registered Manager)

Virginia has made a strong indentation in my career by providing support and advice
to improve our services in my role as Registered Manager. Virginia’s extensive knowledge of CQC requirements enabled us to
achieve a 4 * Outstanding CQC report. Virginia provided a Dementia toolkit &
strategy to wider share with our team...

Virginia has completed audits and inspections within the home, encouraging and
guiding us to implement an action plan to take our care services one step further.
From visual guides/menus, Delirium & Falls prevention support, and the use of signage
and colours around the home. Implementing these actions has also helped us to
achieve the Gold Standards Framework accreditation, increase our care home
review score, and achieve nominations for care home of the year.

Lola (Registered Manager)

Virginia is an exceptional leader in the care sector, with a wealth of qualifications and an impressive depth of knowledge in health and social care. Her expertise spans safeguarding, the Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), person-centred care, and dignified care practices. She also has a thorough understanding of care legislation, CQC regulations, and compliance requirements—making her an invaluable resource for managers seeking to deliver high-quality, compliant care.

What truly sets Virginia apart is her genuine compassion and commitment to those in need of care. She leads with heart, always ensuring that care is tailored to the individual's needs and delivered with dignity and respect. Her passion for excellence is evident in everything she does, and she consistently goes above and beyond to support both staff and residents.

Andrea (Care Purchaser)

Mum was taken unwell and was in hospital, unable to return home. She was adamant she did not need any care; she would be able to cope on her own at home. It was a difficult situation because mum had deteriorated, and the hospital spoke to me about a nursing home, which mum did not want. I was stuck in the middle, with a power of attorney to make the decision, but not wanting to upset mum.

Virginia spoke to mum about the options and helped her to decide for herself. It took the pressure off me. Mum decided to go into a nursing home and passed away there with the nursing care she needed. Our family were able to spend time with her during her final days, where she was able to see the lovely garden and birds she loved.
